Oatmeal waffles/pankakes
Ingredients:
Oatmeal porridge
Polenta
Eggs
Grated cheese
Pumpkin seeds
Salt
Turmeric

Cooking:

Take the oatmeal leftovers, add eggs (you can cook without them, I think) and polenta.

Then add any other ingredients. You decide how much you should take.

The texture of the batter should be like the sour cream or even thicker.

Cook the pancakes (waffles) on the pan (grill) until golden.

You can make them sweet if you wish.
